What are the payment options?

The payment can be made at the checkout page via the Payment link. We accept all kinds of online payment. Please reach out to us in case of any issues.

What is your return /cancellation policy?

  • Once an order is placed, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.

  • To address concerns related to broken or damaged items, we require customers to submit an unedited video of the parcel opening within 24 hours. This video proof is essential for claims regarding incorrect, missing, or damaged products. Please note that pictures will not be accepted as valid proof.

  • No return or refund requests will be considered without the aforementioned video proof.

  • We do offer a refund or replacement in the event of an incorrect, broken, or damaged item being shipped, provided the customer provides video proof of opening the parcel.

  • Purchases are shipped from Bangalore, Karnataka, via courier.

  • Orders are dispatched within 48-72 working hours for non-customized items.

  • The maximum time required for your order to reach its destination is 7-10 working days post-dispatch.

  • Due to any impact of COVID-19, we cannot guarantee specific delivery timelines. Your understanding is appreciated in case of any slight delays.

  • Adhering to safety protocols, we are currently accepting online orders for delivery within India. However, we reserve the right to pause deliveries to any state or city at any time if warranted by the situation.

  • As our products are custom hand-made, returns are not accepted at this time.

  • Claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within 24 hours of the day of delivery.

  • Shipping and handling charges are clearly provided at the time of checkout, ensuring consumers are informed before making payments.
