Changing Order

We try to full fill the order received from you as soon as possible and try to forward it. If you wish to add more products to your order without paying for shipping twice, please email us at theduftstore@gmail.com or Dm on Instagram @theduftstore. We will try our best to accommodate your request.

Incomplete Transaction

 

If your transaction could not get completed, please go to the order history section in your account profile. You can reclaim payment for all your eligible orders.

Purchase History

 

You can check your purchase history by logging into your account in the account history section. You will also receive a confirmation email with your purchase details.

Delivery Time

 

The expected delivery date is specified at checkout. We usually take 5 - 7 days to process your order. The time might increase during surge in orders/ festivals and national holidays.
